Strategic direction and project management
The involvement of our Directors in each estate is a long-term relationship. We do not front-load Director involvement and then over time quietly move them out of the picture in favour of more junior office-based staff. Your primary point of contact will always be the Fowler Fortescue Director, and access to them will not be limited at any stage of our working relationship.
Day to day management
As well as direct access to the Director, you will have access to a dedicated team of Estate Administrators (EAs), the individuals who will be dealing with you and your estate on a day to day basis. You’ll get to know this team by their first names in no time and they will get to know how your estate operates and, over time, will be able to manage its operation with minimal direction.
